These Terms and Conditions outline the legal agreements between Infuro Tech Solutions LLP ("Company," "we," "us," "our") and its customers ("Client," "you," "your"), including limitations of liability, usage restrictions, and dispute resolution procedures. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We provide technology services including:
Service Limitations: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services, tools, platforms, or their availability or performance.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
Data Loss: While we implement security measures, we are not liable for data loss or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
Warranty Disclaimer: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (excluding public holidays)
30-day warranty period for bug fixes and critical issues post-delivery.
Non-Disclosure: We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and project details.
Data Security: Industry-standard security measures protect all client data and communications.
Access Control: Limited access to client information on a need-to-know basis.
Secure Communication: All sensitive communications are encrypted and secure.
Data Retention: Client data is retained only as long as necessary for service provision.
Client Termination: 7-day written notice required for project cancellation.
Our Termination: We may terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal activities.
Post-Termination: Work completed up to termination date will be billed at agreed rates.
Data Return: Client data will be returned or deleted as per agreement within 30 days.
