When 3K Financial & Accounting Services Ltd came to us, they weren’t a small practice testing software.

Each client gets their own workspace: drive, jobs, subscription, details. They upload documents themselves. Self-service that removes hundreds of admin touchpoints per month.

5. Companies House deadlines — visible, not buried

Every client’s accounts and confirmation statement dates on one dashboard. Filter by 30, 90, or 180-day windows. Overdue filings flagged in red. Zero spreadsheets.

6. Governed access across a growing team

Role-based permissions for staff and portal users. Subscription plans with service packs and usage limits. Full audit trail on every file upload, download, and extraction.
